This fiber is obtained by brushing young camels.

Each camel provides a small amount of hair (roughly 7 hectograms) per year.

Fineness and a considerable mass of heated air that prevents heat exchange and transforms it into ideal padding for the winter period.

Its remarkable hygroscopicity, superior to that of sheep's wool, ensures a dry and pleasant microclimate.
