OEKO FARM LUX
The incredibly fine textile fiber that is clear, beautiful, long, soft and shiny is obtained from the Boehmeria Nivea.
A plant that forms part of the family called "bast" along with flax and hemp.
The fiber of this fabric is exempt from the typical contamination of pesticides used in agriculture, and doesn't need any crop-protection agent treatment.
The list of diseases for which Boehmeria Nivea has been found to be effective is quite long: curing internal bleeding and skin infections are the most common use of the plant's active ingredient.
The latter aspect is an evocative attribute when associated with the use of the fabric for domestic use or skin contact.
